Engage your friends and business associates to JOIN MPI!  Our Membership Drive is in full swing with monthly incentives from MPI International and from GOAMPI locally.  From a $25 credit for each referral toward your membership renewal to a grand prize too fun to announce at this time!  Also presented at the Gala in 2012.

GOAMPI CARES - Our chapter is not only strengthened through new memberships, we stay effective when existing members renew. Jobs change, budgets decrease and economic recovery might seem slow, but your membership is valuable now more than ever. The Rise Award recognizes the individual member who has gone above and beyond in giving time, talent, energy, and leadership to the chapter through service on committees and events that have taken place from the last quarter.  Congratulations to the 3rd and 4th Quarter Rise Award Recipients: Amy Waldman and Jennifer Blanes.
The Chapter Super Star Award was presented at the Chapter Celebration to Alyson McCoy.

What do you hope to gain from being a member of MPI?
I hope to be able to gain growth in our corporate markets and also gave positive exposure for our   History Center as an arts organization.

What are some of your special interests or hobbies?
I am UF football fan and spend by fall watching and attending Gator games.  I am a member of Florida Citrus Sports organization and active volunteer during the Bowl week.   I enjoy sports , reading and spending time with friends.  My one guilty pleasure is reality TV.

Play With a Purpose

What prompted you to join MPI?
After learning that there was a whole community of meeting professionals that could help me learn and grow in my position as Hero Maker at Play with a Purpose, I had to join MPI. Each month I’m afforded the opportunity to learn new ideas, strategies, and trends that I can use in my daily activities. Let’s not forget the networking.  The Greater Orlando MPI offers the “Monthly After 5”, this networking opportunity is always a blast. I’ve established great relationships, both personally and professionally through networking at this event as well as the educational events.

What do you hope to gain from being a member of MPI?
I hope to gain new relationships and build on the relationships I already have. I look forward to learning new trends in the industry and having fun while doing it.

What are some of your special interests or hobbies?
There are many interests I have from golfing, camping, and riding motocross. But living inFloridahas made me a Professional Pool Floater. Every day I make it a point to practice my craft, sometimes with a nice cool beverage or just a good book.
